This is one of our all-time favorite recorded meditations because it’s all about embracing the things in our life that feel inconvenient — and we all have these things on a daily basis! Think about it: what were the last few things you were so annoyed to do?
What we don’t often realize is that we are putting that negative energy out there when we feel inconvenienced, annoyed, or frustrated. If instead we were able to ground ourselves, shift our mindsets, and use these moments as an opportunity to feel grateful for all the things that go RIGHT, wouldn’t our days be a little less crappy?
