Molly Winding Dewey

Co-Founder & Co-CEO

Molly Winding Dewey is co-founder and CEO at Mettacool. She is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach trained at Duke Integrative Medicine, a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, fitness instructor, and talk show host. Molly began her career in New York City in media and tech before realizing she was meant to do something more meaningful, which is what drew her to the Health Coaching program at Duke University. Health coaching led to career coaching, and that new path led to the genesis of Mettacool. Molly has found her calling as a corporate well-being and career coach -- a role that allows her to bring together and utilize her many passions: connecting with others, empowering women, public speaking, writing, and traveling. Molly graduated with a BA in Strategic Communications and Gender & Women’s Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (GO BADGERS!). She and her husband live in Vail, Colorado, taking full advantage of the mountain lifestyle and using their environment to stay grounded and fulfilled amidst hectic careers. Natalie Eicher

Co-Founder & Co-CEO

Natalie Eicher is President and Co-Founder of Mettacool, and is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach trained at Duke Integrative Medicine. Natalie’s passionate about helping women visualize and achieve their personal well-being goals, leading them to realize their purpose and potential and put it into action. She feels her own purpose is gathering, empowering, and equipping women in community, because a strong community of women who support each other can radically impact our health and happiness, our communities and our culture. Prior to co-founding Mettacool, Natalie spent 10 years in the technology industry, where she was in various sales leadership roles before pivoting into diversity & inclusion. She also earned a BA degree at Ohio University in Marketing and Sales and is a Certified Personal Trainer with specialization in pre and postnatal fitness. Natalie lives in Raleigh, North Carolina, with her husband and son, Anderson, and enjoys being active outdoors, stand-up paddle boarding, cooking, traveling, and spending time with family. Jackie Hodnichak

Director, Operations

Jackie Hodnichak is Chief of Staff and Director of Community at Mettacool, among many other hats she wears to keep the business running. Jackie comes from the operations world, having worked in a number of industries including the wellness and tech spaces. Additionally, her deep passion for supporting others on their wellness journeys led her to wholeheartedly jump into overseeing Mettacool's mobile coaching and mentorship community as well as Mettacool's maternity retention program, Metta Mama. Though she's fairly new to the "motherhood club," having her daughter, Emerson, has taught her so many valuable lessons that she's able to apply to both her personal and professional life. Outside of working and being a mother, Jackie enjoys yoga, dreaming of travel, and experimenting with new recipes. She lives in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, with her husband and daughter.

Katie Costa

Director, Coaching

Katie Costa is the Director of Coaching at Mettacool. She is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach trained at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Katie further holds a Board Certification in Behavior Analysis and is a Certified School Psychologist. After 15 years working in an educational setting, Katie was drawn to the field of health coaching when she found she could combine her background in psychology and behavior change with her lifelong passion for health and wellness. Since completing her health coach training, Katie has served as faculty in NBHWC certified training programs where she trains and mentors future coaches. Katie is passionate about expanding the field of health and wellness coaching to the workplace and within the medical community in order to shift the paradigm of “treat” and “react” to “prevent”, “nourish” and “thrive.” As a new mother, Katie understands the unique challenges women face balancing their personal and career aspirations, and she stands behind Mettacool’s mission to support women in reaching their professional goals while achieving an optimal level of wellness. Katie graduated with a Specialist in School Psychology and M.A. in Psychology from Central Michigan University and received her post-graduate certification in Behavior Analysis from Penn State University. Katie lives in Grand Rapids, MI with her husband and son. She enjoys traveling, skiing, hiking, and cooking plant-based meals.
