Mettacool’s Metta Mama | ComeBack with Confidence™ is a group coaching program that enables working women to successfully prepare for and transition back to work after maternity leave. Designed as a workshop series, the program consists of three group coaching workshops where mothers have the opportunity to:

- Identify the support they need to be successful in this new season of motherhood
- Learn how to effectively integrate work and life
- Create a proactive plan for their return

Three 90 minute group coaching sessions (workshop style). The first session occurs in-person while expecting or during your maternity leave, with the second two sessions being virtual, occurring after the collective group has returned to work. Attendance at all 3 sessions is highly recommended. If you know you will miss one session, please consider signing up for a future program. 

Who should attend: First time working mothers. Includes mothers living in Minneapolis, St. Paul, and surrounding areas. Must have transportation to and from all meetings. *Childcare is not provided. Newborns are welcome if you do not have childcare!

Cost: The program is $350 for all three sessions. (The program fee includes a $25 materials fee, a percentage speaker fee, a percentage administration fee, and a 3% credit card processing fee.)

Note: Once you complete your registration, you’ll receive an email with additional instructions regarding your group. Then, about a week before your group starts, you will receive more information from your Mettacool coach, Jen. She will be available immediately before and after sessions to speak with you. Jen will facilitate and utilize Mettacool’s proven coaching methods to lead participants through the Metta Mama | Comeback with Confidence™ material and discussions. A small snack and drinks will be served.
